LHS Summer Baseball Starts Tuesday

Practice: Tuesday through Friday 3:00-4:45 ish You may use the locker room. We will meet on Croco Field Games begin Monday 6/3. About 3 games a week, sometimes 4. No practice on off days. Most games at 6:00. One tournament in Bend on June 27 – 30. Housing and travel on your own. State tournament

State Track and Field Updare

These two ladies had a great day in the final day of their high school careers. Isabella Ayala finished 8th in the 1500 and Morgan Hopkins finished 2nd in the Discus and won the State Championship in the Shot Put for the 2nd time.

Track update

Isabella Ayala finished 9th in the 3000m at the state track meet today. Danyel Davis also competed in the 100m hurdles but did not advance to the finals. But for a Sophomore getting to the state meet is a tremendous accomplishment.

LHS baseball All Conference and team awards announced.

Thursday night the LHS baseball program honored the players and parents from this year’s teams. The following awards were revealed: All Conference: Second Team: Zack Ragan – pitcher Honorable mention: Dylan Studer – pitcher Dylan Jorgensen – second base Curtis Jones – outfield Joey Starr – catcher Gold Glove Team (All Defensive Team) Curtis Jones

Softball Update

Many of you remember that last year a #15 ranked Lebanon team went to Hillsboro and beat the 2nd ranked Spartans 6-5. This year a #14 ranked Lebanon squad went to Hillsboro and lost 1-0 to the 3rd ranked Spartans. Both great games between two great programs. Super proud of the girls from both programs.

Spring Sports Update

Alexis Glasser qualified for the state golf tournament and competed well. She finished in the middle of the pack on a very long and tough Quail Valley course in Banks. Great way to go out your senior year. Softball opens the state playoffs tomorrow at Hillsboro at 5:00 taking on the 3rd ranked Spartans. In
